4 Clever Ways to Use Bathroom Accessories in Your Kitchen

Okay… hear me out. If you’ve ever thought about using bathroom accessories in your kitchen, you’re not crazy.

You’ve probably walked past these in the bathroom aisle a hundred times, but they actually work in your kitchen too! Some accessories may even work better in your kitchen than your bathroom.

These are the kind of simple, budget-friendly swaps that can make your space feel more organized, more functional, and honestly… a little more fun.

1. Toilet Paper Holder as a Hanging Planter

Give your kitchen a breath of fresh air by turning a simple wall-mounted toilet paper holder into a mini herb or flower garden. These holders are the perfect size for a small planter or mason jar filled with basil, mint, or parsley.

I simply just screwed it, using the screws that it came with, right onto my kitchen cabinet.

I used an old faux plant pot I had from Target years ago, but have sourced similar pot sizes for you on my storefront. The ideas size is just under 5inches wide and 5inches tall.

I always get asked where I purchased my cafe curtains. Would you believe me if I told you I actually painted a stencil on them? I purchased white cafe curtains and used fabric painting medium and a stencil to paint a pattern on them. Here’s a tutorial on how I painted a stencil on fabric.
